📄1. General Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mycuci6 ("Platform", "we", "us", "company") regarding your use of the mycuci6.net website and all services offered therein.

By accessing mycuci6.net, registering an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the mycuci6 platform.

Mycuci6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use mycuci6's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Is an individual registering on their own behalf – not on behalf of another person.
• Never previously banned or barred from the mycuci6 platform.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion programme.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Membership registration is free. mycuci6 does not charge any membership fees. However, members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.

By registering for a mycuci6 account, you agree to:

Mycuci6 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Mycuci6 accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian digital payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, mycuci6 reserves the right to apply additional checks on deposits exceeding a certain amount for compliance purposes.

All amounts on the mycuci6 platform are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency is accepted. Any attempt to deposit funds through unauthorised or unrecognised methods will be rejected and reported to the relevant authorities.

💸5. Withdrawals

Mycuci6 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet that is registered under the same name with your mycuci6 account.
• Prior to their first withdrawal, members may be required to complete a KYC Verification (Know Your Customer) including submission of a copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Withdrawals will be processed within under 5 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay).
• Withdrawals via FPX or internet banking may take up to 30 minutes depending on the respective banking system.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent or abusive activity will be forfeited and will not be returned. Legitimate balances will be processed at mycuci6's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

🎁6. Bonuses & Promotions

Mycuci6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and seasonal special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires a total wager of RM1,000).
• Bonuses are only valid for use within a specified period as stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

⚽7. Sports Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules that apply to all Sports Betting on mycuci6, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, e-sports, and other sports:

• All bets are considered valid and final once confirmed by the mycuci6 system. No modifications or cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted.
• The displayed odds are odds at the time the bet is accepted. mycuci6 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is accepted.
• For live in-play betting, there is a natural system delay. mycuci6 reserves the right to void bets accepted after a significant event has occurred (goal, red card, etc.) if the system was not updated in time.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the amount returned to the member's account.
• The official results used are based on result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the relevant market terms (e.g., tournament winner markets account for extra time or penalty shootouts).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and match type, and are subject to change from time to time.

Mycuci6 reserves the right to void bets and forfeit winnings where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or collusion between players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mycuci6 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account by the same individual or members of the same household for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or the verification process.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the mycuci6 platform.
• The use of bots, automation software, artificial intelligence, or any programme that assists in making betting decisions automatically.
• Colluding with other members, the mycuci6 support team, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities on mycuci6. Members who become aware of any bug are required to report it to the support team immediately.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without written authorisation to make deposits.

🔒10. Account Closure

A mycuci6 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Member Request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the mycuci6 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who apply for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme will have their accounts closed for the selected period.
